On July 5th, 2024, Aadvikaa Clean Tech were thrilled to welcome a group of students from the Lokmanya Tilak Institute of Architecture and Design Studies to our recycling plant! Their visit was part of a college project on waste management, and it provided them with a firsthand look at the entire lifecycle of plastic waste.

During their visit, the students learned about:

• Sourcing: How we collect various types of plastic waste.
• Sorting: The steps involved in segregating different plastics for effective recycling.
• Processing: The exciting process of transforming waste into valuable resources.
• Upcycling: How recycled plastic is used to create innovative new products.

The students actively participated throughout the tour, asking insightful questions and gaining valuable hands-on experience. Their visit truly embodied the spirit of NEP 2020, India’s new education policy which emphasizes experiential learning and practical knowledge.

We are committed to educating the next generation on sustainable practices and the importance of the circular economy. By fostering collaboration with educational institutions, we can empower future architects and designers to be responsible stewards of our environment.
